The mass mixer consists of a rigid fabricated structure motor, gear box, mixing drum, stirrer and tilting device. Specially designed self adjusting sealing arrangement of unique design is provided to ensure that no black particle enters into the mixing drum. The material under mixing process can be monitoring through acrylic dust cover and its controls dusting and contaminations. The tilting device is provided to make easy the unloading of the material and easy cleaning of the mixing drum.

Fluidized bed dryer (also called fluid bed dryer) is a kind of equipment used extensively in the pharmaceutical industries to reduce the moisture content of pharmaceutical powder and granules. The equipment works on a principle of fluidization of the feed materials. In fluidization process, hot air is introduced at high pressure through a perforated bed of moist solid particulate. The wet solids are lifted from the bottom and suspended in a stream of air (fluidized state). Heat transfer is accomplished by direct contact between the wet solid and hot gases. The vaporised liquid is carried away by the drying gasses. Sometimes to save energy, the exit gas is partially recycled.

The main application is Film coating with organic solvent / Film coating with aqueous coating and Sugar coating. Auto coater machine is In – built with Auto spray stop in case of disturbance in pan drive to protect tablets or granules from any damage due to system failure. The Pan cabinet is absolutely air tight and ensures no pollution in production environment. Auto coater machine has excellent mixing and tumbling operation by special design of baffles to prevent chipping of tablets. Auto coater machines are available in capacities of 10 to 12 Kgs.
A high-shear granulator consists of a cylindrical or conical mixing bowl, a three bladed impeller, a chopper, an auxiliary chopper, a motor to drive the blades and a discharge pot. By either circulating hot or cool liquid or steam through the jacket, the mixing bowl is jacketed for heating or cooling the contents of the bowl as the case may be.
The high-shear wet granulation process using high-shear granulator can be divided into 5 stages and they included;

high shear mixer granulator is an enclosed container with a range of blending equipment that process the powder either from below, above or sideways. The end result/output of this process is a round and compact granule.

In blow-fill-seal (BFS) technology, which is a form of advanced aseptic manufacturing, the container is formed, filled, and sealed in one continuous, automated system. A primary advantage of this technology is reducing human intervention, which reduces the risk of microbial contamination and foreign particulates. BFS has long been used in liquid pharmaceutical applications, including small containers, such as ophthalmic and respiratory drug ampoules, as well as larger volume containers, such as saline or dextrose solutions. More recently, BFS technology has been expanding into injectables and into biologics, including vaccines and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).
(For ampoules with one set of molds for 10ml ampoule having 15 twin molds of 20 cavities.)
The System is having sequential combination of plastic extrusion followed by blowing, filling and sealing in a rotary mold mechanism. Plastic granules are fed in to the barrel through hopper and a capsule shape parison is extruded. Extruded parison is then taken out of the rotating blow molds and blown in to the shapes of pre shaped cavities of each mold. While the parison is blown in to cavities, filling is being done through stationary nozzles centered between the set of molds. Filled cavities of each mold are being sealed immediately by following set of molds.
